The things people care about the most usually don’t happen fast. The work, the ideas, the things someone decides to commit their life to — they start quietly. Most of the time nobody notices them at the beginning.

Real dedication takes time. It comes from patience, from pressure, and from the love someone puts into what they’re building even when there’s no reward yet.

Along the way everyone carries something with them. Wins, setbacks, doubts, emotions. Some moments slow you down. Some moments force you to think differently. But over time those experiences shape how you move and what you decide is worth continuing.

Nothing that’s real stays untouched. With time it changes. It collects marks from where it’s been and what it’s been through.

That’s what gives it character.

And in the end, the things that truly last are always the things that were worn with time.
